HospoSure was built by people who have worked in the industry. Our co-founder and Commercial Director, Tim Noye, has personally delivered over 10,000 hours of direct support to cafes and food businesses across Australia, working with state and federal governments, local councils and business support programs.

The idea for HospoSure came while Tim was Head Hospitality Mentor on a major government backed project. We noticed that most of the cafes we saw were launching without a business plan or a clear grip on their numbers. That wasn't laziness. Affordable support built for cafes was simply out of reach.

So HospoSure gives operators simple, effective support to build a better business without the overwhelm or the big consulting bill. We don't outsource. When a council or business program engages HospoSure, its community works directly with people who have real hospitality experience, and we stay with operators until they're sustainable.

Smart tech with a human touch

A cafe makes money differently from most small businesses, and it needs support to match. We've built our own tools for cafe startup planning and for keeping a cafe on track once it's trading, including financial modelling software that's easy to use and training made for hospitality.

Our team pairs old school service with modern software, so operators get personal advice and tools they'll actually use. We only work with partners who share our values, from ethical sourcing to honest pricing, and we line up with reputable trade and foodservice suppliers so local cafes get good options.
